Living in North Myrtle Beach

Updated: Jul 3, 2019

North Myrtle Beach is another town along the Grand Strand that offers some of the same beautiful beach front as Myrtle Beach but less crowded. There are still some popular spots in the area though including Barefoot Landing, Cherry Grove Beach, and Ocean Drive Beach.

Besides the nice beaches in the area, there are also some other fun attractions such as popular bars, the Alligator Adventure park, or the House of blues restaurant and concert venue that hosts popular artists for every genre year round.

If you're looking for good places to socialize and have a good time, North Myrtle also has two different wineries and has several dance venues which include multiple clubs, competitions, and festivals specifically for shag dancing.

In summary, if you're looking for a warm beach town with plenty of activities going on year round without as much of a rush from a crowd, North Myrtle Beach may be the perfect place for you to call home.
